She holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Business and Communication from Arizona State University and a Juris Doctor from University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. With more than ten years of 340B experience and another decade in the legal field, Amber brings a rare mix of regulatory insight, analytical precision, and practical judgment to the Ponaman team, along with the ability to make even the most complicated compliance issue sound almost reasonable.
Amber is an Apexus Certified Expert (ACE), reflecting her deep commitment to mastering the details that matter in 340B compliance. She is dedicated to excellence in compliance, business operations, project management, client service, and delivering work product that is both practical and precise, with just enough persistence to keep even the most complicated projects moving forward smoothly. Outside of work, Amber enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, making the most of family life while appreciating everything Arizona has to offer, from desert sunsets to the occasional reminder that summer here builds character.
