340B Resources

  • The HRSA Office of Pharmacy Affairs (OPA) administers the 340B Program. The OPA website contains key 340B Program information and links to the Office of Pharmacy Affairs Information System (OPAIS).

 

  • The 340B Prime Vendor Program (PVP) is a contract awarded by HRSA, which is responsible for supporting the 340B Drug Pricing Program. The Prime Vendor negotiates pricing discounts with participating manufacturers, provides education and resources such as 340B University, and offers technical assistance through Apexus Answers.

 

  • 340B Health is a membership organization of more than 1,400 public and private nonprofit hospitals and health systems participating in the federal 340B drug pricing program.  340B Health monitors, educates, and serves as an advocate on federal legislative and regulatory issues related to drug pricing and other matters affecting safety-net providers.

 

  • Ryan White Clinics for 340B Access (RWC-340B) is a national organization of HIV/AIDS medical providers receiving support under the Ryan White CARE Act. Ryan White providers are eligible to participate in the federal 340B Drug Discount Program, which enables them to expand and support care. In order to preserve access to this critically important program, members of RWC-340B have pledged to work together to advocate for the interests of fellow 340B Ryan White providers.

 

  • Community Voices for 340B (CV340B) is a grassroots organization that seeks to raise awareness of the important role that the 340B program plays in protecting and improving health care access and the quality of care for communities nationwide.
